Blogging from the UK!
Thursday, September 14th, 2006 Hey guys! This is my first post from my brand new room in the University Campus! Finaly i managed to post something to my out-of-date blog. First I’d like to apologize for my lack of posts in the recent weeks/months. Things got really busy and didn’t have much time to write. My thoughts though are still bouncing in my head trying to get out! So long story short, I’ve currently moved to the UK and begun my studies for my BSc degree in Computer Science and Engineer. I am at the University of Surrey so if anybody reading this is at the campus, just let me know ![]()
Now as for the updates i promised..Well i just launched my new photoblog, since my new hobby is photography! The new photoblog is like a personal portfolio to promote..erm..myself
Thus the URL is marios.tziortzis.com and yeah thats my full name! The photos there are hosted in flickr and i wrote a custom XML parser to use with flickr’s wonderfull API! Everything works like a charm! Also the new photoblog is XHTML 1.0 and CSS2 valid. Besides that it works perfectly in all browsers (as far as i tested that is). You can also view my photos here (which is a direct link to flickr) and according to google, if you are looking ‘processed photography’, then I’m the first one to start with (: (Thanks to Iacovos for pointing that out)
Anyway, that’s all for now, i really have to go..I’m late for class
